THESE FOR THOSE: VOLUME 1
We proudly present to you These For Those: Volume 1, the first of a free two-EP set. These For Those is a collection of songs recorded between the release of our first EP and Golden Gray. Presented here are the tunes we discovered our sound with, in many cases by discovering what our sound wasn’t. Each has a long history. Stylistically, these songs will likely not be repeated soon. The writing of both “Places To Go” and “Layover, Miami” predate the inception of the band. They were recorded using SM57s, iPhones and whatever else was available. They are time capsules. They are old home videos. They are first songs. They are free now.
We’re closing 2011 with a listen back at where we came from, gratitude for where we are and eyes on where we’re going next.
